• Implement and monitor animal health programs, including vaccinations and treatments.
• Manage and supervise farm personnel, including assigning tasks and providing training.
• Maintain farm facilities and equipment, ensuring proper operation and repairs.
• Monitor and control farm budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols and animal welfare standards.
