Job summary

ARTHALAND Corporation in Pasay seeks a Real Estate Advisor to guide buyers and investors through property selection and acquisition. You will conduct tours, handle inquiries, and prepare proposals while supporting clients with documentation and transactions.

You will work toward sales targets, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams on inventory and pricing. A hybrid work setup is offered, with training and outreach activities to grow product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.
• Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Experience in Training, coaching, or mentoring peers on product and sales best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and projects.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software for sales reporting and client management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in property sales, brokerage, or real estate advisory is an advantage.
