Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience.
• At least 1 year of sales or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication via phone.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and lead generation.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and digital channels.
• Nurture leads with regular follow-ups to move prospects through the pipeline.
• Present properties and investment opportunities matching client needs.
• Schedule property viewings and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report progress to Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
