Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Experience in EHS, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related areas within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of EHS management systems, environmental compliance, audits, and sustainability practices.
- Strong partner management and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and a visible presence on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead Safety & Environmental Excellence across the manufacturing site.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate requirements, and global standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, corrective actions, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Monitor EHS indicators and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching and visible leadership.
- Support sustainability initiatives in energy, water, waste, and environmental impact.
