PM Consulting seeks a Sustainability Director (Audit & ESG Assurance) to lead the organization's sustainability, ESG governance, and assurance initiatives in a hybrid Makati setup. You will drive strategy, coordinate reporting, and ensure audit readiness while partnering with senior leadership to embed ESG into the business.

The role requires 8–15 years in audit/ESG, CPA preferred, and deep knowledge of global frameworks (GRI, ISSB, IFRS).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, or related field.
• CPA is preferred; sustainability-related certifications are an advantage.
• At least 8-15 years of experience in audit, ESG, sustainability reporting, assurance, or risk advisory.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards including GRI, ISSB, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, TCFD, SASB, and Integrated Reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of sustainability and ESG strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee sustainability reporting and disclosures in accordance with global and local frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, IFRS Sustainability Standards, TCFD, SASB, and Integrated Reporting.
• Manage ESG assurance, sustainability audit, compliance, and governance activities across the organization.
• Conduct materiality assessments, climate-risk analysis, and ESG performance monitoring initiatives.
• Partner with finance, internal audit, risk, legal, and operations teams to strengthen sustainability governance and reporting processes.
• Advise senior leadership on ESG risks, sustainability opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish sustainability KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks to monitor organizational performance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities with regulators, investors, auditors, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with evolving sustainability regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Support sustainability awareness, capability-building, and training initiatives across business units.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to environmental, social, and governance performance.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging regulations, and best practices in sustainability, audit, and ESG assurance.
