Job summary

Environmental Compliance Consultants International in Makati is seeking a Senior Consultant – Sustainability Reporting to lead ESG data collection, analysis and reporting for client projects, and to work closely with the Delivery Head of the Consulting Team.

You will manage gaps assessments, run workshops, and prepare sustainability reports while supervising junior staff to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years in sustainability-related projects (GRI, TCFD, CDP, SASB).
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001/50001 is advantageous.
• Experience in consulting/auditing and client servicing.
• Strong English communication, detail-oriented with analytical thinking.
• Willingness to network with senior decision makers to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Project management and execution of sustainability projects.
• Develop comprehensive sustainability strategies and action plans.
• Provide expert advice on local and international environmental regulations.
• Guide clients through implementation, aligning timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance sustainable practices.
• Collect, analyze and report sustainability data (ESG, GRI).
• Provide training and workshops to build client and internal capacity.
• Lead, mentor and support junior staff to ensure quality delivery.
