Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Sustainability Director to lead development and execution of environmental strategies across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders and supply chain teams to embed sustainable practices into operations and ensure regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in senior management, exposure to C-level stakeholders, and a track record of driving cross-functional environmental programs in large organizations. CPA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Senior Manager or tenured Manager role.
• Big 4 background preferred.
• CPA is advantageous but not required.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization-wide sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Lead environmental sustainability efforts across operations and supply chain.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive alignment and execution of sustainability goals.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and sustainability frameworks.
• Provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Monitor sustainability performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Promote sustainability awareness and integration into business processes.
