Job summary

WSP in Manila seeks a data analyst to manage project data and deliver insights for sustainability projects. You will collate data, verify integrity, analyze trends, and visualize findings for the Sustainability and Climate Change Advisory team and clients.

You will support informed decision-making, collect data from multiple sources, prepare reports, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Finance or other relevant tertiary qualifications.
• 2-3 years degree in engineering, finance or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with data validation, conditional formatting, pivot tables and charts.
• Proficient in MS Word and Power Point.
• Experience with Power BI data visualization is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interpret and carry out instructions well.
• Deliver tasks within an agreed timeline while following QA procedures.
• Familiarity with charts, graphs, maps and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Creating spreadsheets, graphs, and reports comparing project performance.
• Collecting and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Presenting findings using charts, graphs, tables to internal and external clients.
• Verifying data and making necessary changes.
• Reviewing, extracting, aligning, and presenting data from multiple sources.
• Assisting Senior Consultants with data analysis.
• Assisting in preparing reports and documentation under supervision.
• Participating in internal and external meetings.
