Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Architecture / Engineering or any Environmental relevant qualifications.
• Problem solving/analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to apply Sustainability/Engineering principles to standard matters.
• Knowledge of LEED, WELL, etc. standards.

Responsibilities

• Assuming responsibility for the results of simple projects or sections of projects.
• Using standard and modified specifications and techniques to solve problems.
• Undertaking and interpreting information, producing designs and computations under supervision.
• Exhibiting professional behavior.
• Providing suggestions to clients.
• Preparing reports and documentation under broad supervision.
• Liaising with project managers to develop project briefings and sourcing information.
• Applying technical/functional capabilities to the job.
