Pacifica Homes Development Corporation seeks a Sustainability Associate Manager to lead the sustainability roadmap across its operations and real estate development projects in the Philippines.

The role oversees certification targets (EDGE, BERDE, BRI) and drives company-wide sustainability programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable environmental improvements. Collaboration with project teams, partners, and communities will be essential to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in environmental/engineering/architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant sustainability/green building experience.
• Experience with green building certifications (EDGE, BERDE, LEED, or similar).
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Job description

The Sustainability Associate Manager leads the development and implementation of the company's sustainability roadmap across its operations and real estate development projects. The role oversees sustainability requirements and green building certifications, including EDGE, BERDE, and BRI, while driving company-wide sustainability and community initiatives. Working closely with project teams, business units, employees, consultants, vendors, external partners, and community organizations, the position ensures the effective execution of sustainability programs and achievement of certification targets. Success is measured through the timely delivery of sustainability initiatives, attainment of project certification goals, regulatory compliance, and measurable improvements in the company's environmental and social performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, green building, real estate development, construction, or environmental management.

• Experience in green building certifications (e.g., EDGE, BERDE, LEED, or similar).

• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

• Experience in the real estate or property development industry is an advantage.

• Certification as a BERDE Professional (CBP), EDGE Expert, LEED AP, or equivalent sustainability credential is an advantage.
