The Systems and Reporting Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving systems, tools, and reports that support efficient project monitoring and decision-making. The role consolidates and analyzes project data, prepares management reports and dashboards, monitors key performance indicators, and coordinates with project teams to improve reporting accuracy, process consistency, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 5 years of experience in project reporting, project controls, systems/process improvement, or a similar function, preferably in construction or real estate development;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, validate, and interpret project data and translate findings into meaningful management reports;
• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills, and able to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
