Job summary

Pacifica Homes Development Corporation seeks a seasoned Business and Project Development Officer to assist the BPDM through the full project lifecycle—from conception to turnover. You will lead market research, feasibility studies, and pricing analysis while controlling budgets and permits.

Key responsibilities include developing budgets, managing licenses, and ensuring timely project delivery across nationwide real estate developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate property development with strong expertise in feasibility studies and market analysis for nationwide projects.
• Skilled in financial modeling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis across all project phases.
• Contribute to conceptual planning and development and analyze products and pricing strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed Gantt charts and finalize project costs and budgets.
• Manage permits and licenses and oversee project financials.
• Coordinate and execute project-related tasks to drive successful outcomes.

The Business and Project Development Officer is pivotal in assisting the Business and Project Development Manager (BPDM) in managing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to implementation and turnover. This role involves comprehensive support in leading, overseeing, implementing, and initiating various activities across all project development phases. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis, contributing to conceptual planning and development, analyzing products and pricing strategies, creating and maintaining detailed Gantt Charts, finalizing project costs and budgets, managing permits and licenses, and overseeing project financials. The Business and Project Development Officer ensures the seamless coordination and execution of all project-related tasks to drive successful outcomes and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate property development, with strong expertise in feasibility studies and market analysis for nationwide projects
• Skilled in financial modeling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
