Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in CCTV/surveillance or casino operations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with casino cash handling and detecting illegal activities
• Proficient with basic Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and casino systems ACSC, MICROS, CCTV, Table Touch, CHUBB, IVIEW, Synectics

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a Team
• Analyze information from IT systems
• Assist in evaluating information from multiple sources including CCTV, ACSC, Micros, Patron/Team Member Databases, Digital statistics
• Operate Central Monitoring/Communication Console
• Observe and analyze non-gaming, gaming, and cash handling areas using IT systems
• Survey Team Members/Customers activity from the Monitor Room
• Report on illegal activities
