Alcon is seeking a Manager, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing - Downstream to lead marketing strategies for the Surgical portfolio in the Philippines. You will drive brand growth, engage customers, and coordinate with global teams to localize campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities include defining positioning, managing launches, and ensuring compliant communications while monitoring performance and budgets to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in downstream/downstream marketing or brand management.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with local business objectives and global direction.
• Define brand positioning, value propositions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Drive product lifecycle management, including launches, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with global/regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to localize initiatives.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs to improve ROI and market share.
