SIIX Phils., Inc. in Laguna is seeking a detail-oriented Support Staff to operate SAP, Oracle and other client systems, handle related transactions, and help monitor department KPIs. Fresh graduates are welcome; a 4-year degree is preferred and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is expected.

You will attend group meetings, prepare weekly reports, and take timely action on issues. The role is on-site with day hours, plus health, life insurance, parking, paid training, and staff meals.

Job Description

We are looking for a Support Staff who is detail-oriented and skilled in executing transactions in any business system (like SAP, Oracle, iScala, etc.) and window-based activities, monitoring all related transactions, as well as updating organizational reports/monitoring for the department’s KPI achievement and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible in performing SAP, Oracle and/or other Client’s System operation
• Responsible for performing tasks/transaction
• Attend meetings relevant to group activities
• Prepare weekly report regarding department related activities

Job Qualification

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferred with experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Knowledgeable in SAP / Oracle System
• With Supply Chain background or Accounting Experience
• Can take actions on issues encountered that requires immediate action
• Excellent communication and time management skills
