We are looking for a highly capable SAP IT Project Manager who can drive the successful delivery of complex SAP ERP projects. You bring extensive experience managing Finance and Supply Chain implementations, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging senior stakeholders. You are skilled in SAP governance, risk and change management, and thrive in environments that demand strong executive communication, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

• Lead end-to-end SAP ERP project delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage planning, execution, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Gather and prioritize business, finance, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee SAP solution design, blueprinting, integrations, and testing (SIT, UAT).
• Analyze Finance and Supply Chain processes to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, SAP vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure compliance with SAP governance standards and Philippine BIR regulatory requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, change requests, and provide executive-level project reporting.
• Lead data migration, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation improvements.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

• Identify and manage stakeholder impacts across multiple business units.
• Facilitate change impact assessments and readiness plans.
• Develop strategies to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and ensure alignment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with strong focus on SAP ERP implementations.
• Proven track record delivering SAP Finance and Supply Chain projects on time and within budget.
• Strong finance domain knowledge, including accounting, financial controls, and statutory reporting.
• Experience delivering ERP solutions in Casino, Gaming, Hospitality, or Integrated Resort environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site 5 days per week in Manila
• Experience supporting IT projects in hospitality, gaming, or integrated resorts highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Strong background in IT project delivery life-cycles, including ERP, POS, CRM, or hotel systems.

Skills and Attributes Specific SAP Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, Asset Accounting, MM, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
• Experience managing SAP integrations with POS, PMS, gaming, and third-party systems.
• Demonstrated experience working with Philippine BIR compliance within SAP environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive- level reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP delivery methodologies including SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

Analytical & Stakeholder Management:

• Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
• Experience with vendor contracts, procurement workflows, budgeting, and financial administration.
