The Support Staff is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of internal services. This role manages service requests, coordinates issue resolution, maintains company asset records, liaises with external vendors, and supports equipment deployment, maintenance, and replacement activities. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Create, track, and manage service tickets and support requests.
Monitor request status and ensure timely resolution based on established service standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of completed requests and activities.
Provide updates to stakeholders regarding request progress and completion.
Handle escalated operational concerns that require further investigation and resolution.
Assess reported issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex concerns.
Ensure issues are resolved efficiently while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Maintain an accurate inventory of company-issued equipment and assets.
Track asset issuance, transfers, returns, repairs, and replacements.
Conduct periodic inventory verification and reconciliation.
Ensure asset records are updated and properly documented.
Prepare and configure company-issued equipment for employee use.
Support equipment installation, replacement, restoration, and reconfiguration as needed.
Coordinate repair activities and monitor equipment condition and usability.
Ensure equipment is functional and ready for deployment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for service providers and vendors.
Coordinate repair, maintenance, procurement, and warranty-related activities.
Track vendor performance and ensure agreed service timelines are met.
Maintain records of vendor transactions, service reports, and agreements.
Maintain operational procedures, records, and support documentation.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Generate reports related to service requests, asset status, and vendor activities.
Support compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a support, coordination, or operations role.
Experience managing tickets, requests, inventories, or vendor relationships is an advantage.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and record-keeping systems.
