Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning specialist to drive volume forecasting, align with National Key Accounts, and support the Customer Development Manager.

You will create demand forecasts, ensure customer requirements are met, analyze variances, identify trends and risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve volume objectives. This role requires 2–3 years of FMCG experience and proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position is responsible in volume planning, aligning with top National Key Accounts and supporting the Customer Development Manager.

• Create demand forecast and ensure that all customers requirements will be served.
• Ensure other inputs and insights are considered, volume gaps are being addressed and management volume objectives are met.
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify trends, trends, gaps, potential risks and opportunities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering or any related programs.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of demand planning experience in FMCG companies
• Knowledgeable on SAP, Microsoft Office and Power BI
