Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) invites applications for the Team Leader for Supply Planning based in Ermita, Manila. The role leads the Supply Planning team to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely flow of goods across the supply chain network.

The position requires experience in leading a supply planning function, strong planning knowledge, and business acumen to coordinate activities from supply planning to distribution with a focus on continuous improvement.

About the Role

Location: Ermita,Manila (near SM Manila)

Department: Supply Chain Planning and Operations

Reporting to: Demand PlanningManager

Work Schedule: Compressed5-day work week

The Team Leader for Supply Planning is responsible for managing the Supply Planning team to ensure optimal inventory level and all goods are flowing efficiently within the supply chain network.

• Effectively manages individuals/teams to optimize their productivity and engagement which includes work planning, performance management, development and coaching, and team culture management.




• Ensures a smooth flow of goods within the supply chain network from supply planning, ordering, and distribution to branches. Reviews and escalates mitigation plans on identified risks and other disruptions.




• Aligns decisions and actions to the overall supply planning team goals.




• Facilitates collaborative planning to arrive at optimal inventory level, resolve issues or conflicts arising in the process, and address gaps between Demand and Supply Planning.




• Continuously looks for opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply planning process.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or any other equivalent courses




• At least three years of relevant leadership experience in any supply chain function




• Intermediate knowledge in Demand Planning Processes to implement operational activities




• Business acumen and leadership skills
