Job summary

Ingredion (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a 6-month contract to support growth. You will liaise with customers, coordinate with overseas teams, and handle replenishment planning for PH customers.

Proficiency with SAP, JDA, and PBI is valued. You will lead demand and inventory planning, process orders, monitor shipments, and provide supply chain data to internal functions. A Bachelor's degree in business-related field and at least 2 years in a related role are

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, planning, procurement or supply chain.
• Proficient with office software; SAP or JDA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment planning as single point of contact to manage demand, supply and inventory.
• System processing and maintenance including SAP PO, PIR/ICP updates.
• Shipment monitoring and proactive communication to avoid supply issues.
• Coordinate with sales and demand planning for timely inputs.
• Inventory management with warehouse team; lead stock counts when needed.
• Generate supply chain reports and assist month-end closing.

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for support our business growth consistently, who primary responsibilities to interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about product and service. You will handle with export customers sales order fulfilment process effectively, and co-ordinate with overseas sales team and internal supply chain team to process orders smoothly, including replenishment planning of import product for PH customer.

What you will do:

Replenishment Planning – Lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, demand, supply, inventory management to serve customer in efficiency. Utilize JDA/ SAP/ PBI as a supporting tool for replenishment plan.

System Processing and Maintenance – SAP PO processing including PIR/ICP update quarterly. Review JDA/ SAP exception message. System maintenance to ensure all the figures run smoothly. And MDG product code extension to country.

Shipment Monitoring – Monitor and ensure shipment arrival and release as planned include shipment follow up with internal/external party. Also well communicate for shipment information update proactively to prevent supply and inventory impact.

Demand Planning – Coordinate with sale team to provide realistic demand input from country to demand planning team, make sure all numbers submit on time by monthly cycle.

Inventory management – Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory management and lead virtual stock count when needed.

Supply Chain Reports – Be able to provide supply chain data, analysis local and indent sales to related functions including facilitate meeting if need. Also, month end closing report.

Internal Complaint – To coordinate on internal complaint with related function (sourcing country and QA team) on receiving product at Ingredion warehouse until complete the case if happen.

Support function – To support finance team by provide some of finance reports monthly and quarterly.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and any related fields.

Proven 2 years’ experience in customer service, planner, procurement, supply chain related field.

Knowledge in computerized environment with basic office software. Experience in SAP, JDA system would be an advantage.

English fluency, both written and spoken.
