Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in the Philippines to lead replenishment activities, manage demand and inventory, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams. You will utilize SAP and JDA in daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and related fields.
• Proven 2 years’ experience in customer service, planner, procurement, or supply chain.
• Knowledge in computerized environments with basic office software.
• Experience in SAP, JDA systems is advantageous.
• English fluency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment planning – lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, demand, supply, inventory management.
• System processing and maintenance – SAP PO processing including PIR/ICP updates quarterly; review SAP/JDA messages; MDG product code extensions to country.
• Shipment monitoring – track arrivals and releases, proactive shipment information updates.
• Demand planning – coordinate with sales to provide realistic country-level demand input monthly.
• Inventory management – coordinate with warehouse team and lead stock counts when needed.
• Supply chain reports – provide data analyses and month-end closing reports for related functions.
• Internal complaint coordination – work with sourcing and QA for product issues from warehouse to resolution.
• Support function – assist finance with monthly and quarterly reports.
