Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist on a 6-month contract to support our PH operations from home office. You will coordinate replenishment planning, interface with customers, and work with overseas teams to ensure on-time orders and inventory accuracy.

Key tasks include demand planning, shipment monitoring, and monthly supply chain reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in supply chain or related fields, with SAP/JDA experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and related fields.
• 2 years’ experience in customer service, planner, procurement, or supply chain.
• Knowledge in computerized environment with basic office software.
• Experience in SAP; JDA system would be an advantage.
• English fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment Planning – lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, demand, supply, inventory management.
• System Processing and Maintenance – SAP PO processing including PIR/ICP update quarterly; review JDA/SAP messages.
• Shipment Monitoring – monitor shipment arrival, release, and follow up with parties.
• Demand Planning – coordinate with sales to provide realistic demand input monthly.
• Inventory management – coordinate with warehouse team; lead stock counts when needed.
• Supply Chain Reports – provide data/analysis and assist in month-end closing.
• Internal Complaint – coordinate with sourcing country and QA to resolve issues.
• Support function – assist finance with monthly/quarterly reports.
