Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or procurement (food/manufacturing preferred).
• Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing PRs and POs with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct basic sourcing to obtain quotations.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Track stock levels of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse for inventory movements and counts.
• Prepare delivery documents and audit-ready records.
• Support reporting and management summaries.
