Job summary

H&S Premiere Corporation in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to lead daily operations across warehousing, transportation, and fleet activities. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure inventory availability, optimize deliveries, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in related field, 5–8 years in logistics with 3 in management, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• > 5–8 years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain ops, with 3 years in management.
• > Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, inventory & SCM.
• > Experienced in cost analysis, budgeting, vendor mgmt, and negotiations.
• > Proficient in Excel, SAP, ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• > Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• > Lead and oversee daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, and fleet ops to ensure efficient SCM.
• > Plan, coordinate, and optimize inbound and outbound deliveries to meet customer and business needs.
• > Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations for smooth inventory flow.
• > Monitor logistics KPIs, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, and fleet performance.
• > Manage, coach, and develop the logistics team while ensuring safety & quality standards.
• > Build and maintain relationships with logistics partners, manage budgets & contracts, pursue cost-saving initiatives.
