Job summary

AGRI EXIM GLOBAL INC. seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production planning. You will ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 8–10 years in SCM with managerial experience, strong leadership, ERP/WMS proficiency, and knowledge of incoterms and customs regulations. Based in Darong, Sta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 8–10 years in supply chain management with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, shipping and PPIC.
• Import/export docs knowledge and freight forwarder coordination.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of incoterms, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to be based in Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, Philippines.

Job Qualification

• Develops and implements supply chain strategies and KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
