Job summary

Beiersdorf AG in the Philippines seeks an experienced Finance professional to lead end-to-end Supply Chain financial controlling for the Management Unit. You will partner with the Supply Chain Director to provide transparent financial insights, manage SCPIs, and drive cost optimization across CoM, CoP, and inventory metrics.

The role requires 8–10 years in Finance/FP&A, with CA/CMA/CFA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications, and strong English communication in a manufacturing/FMCG setting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A.
• Professional qualifications CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Controlling, cost management, and KPIs.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain financial controlling for the MU.
• Monitor SCPIs, forecast, budget, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Partner with Supply Chain Director to drive cost optimization and efficiency.
• Oversee CoM, CoP, inventory metrics, and DIH improvements.
• Ensure governance, controls, and compliance, including RCM.
• Support audits and provide documentation and stakeholder coordination.
