Job summary

Merck Group is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A/Controlling leader in the Philippines to guide stakeholder relationships and drive financial transformation. The role focuses on building a robust FP&A organization, delivering insights, and shaping the north star of the global finance function.

You will manage a large team, lead cross-functional collaboration, and champion Lean practices to improve efficiency and financial performance across the company.

Qualifications

• CPA or CMA with at least 15+ years of experience in finance, including FP&A/controlling.
• Experience leading a large team (50+ members) for at least 5 years.
• Fluent in English; strong financial analytics and modeling skills.
• Experience in global matrix organizations and stakeholder management across US, Europe, and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder relationships across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
• Drive process transformation, Lean / kaizen initiatives, and sustainable performance improvements.
• Manage FP&A delivery, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale FP&A managers and leaders; represent the function in leadership forums.
