Hybrid Social Solutions Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Supply Chain Finance Manager to align finance with field logistics, ensuring inventory accuracy and margin protection across last-mile networks.

The role interfaces with SCLG and ground operations, driving PO funding, landed cost tracking, and digital tagging via Odoo and Solarista app, while performing regular physical counts and variance resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Accountancy, Finance, SCM, Logistics or IE).
• 5–7 years in Supply Chain Finance, Inventory/Cost Accounting or related finance ops.
• Hands-on with Odoo ERP and mobile stock-tracking apps (Solarista).
• Experience shadowing field logistics operations and implementing controls.
• Ability to perform landed cost accounting and NRV reviews.

Responsibilities

• PO funding & payment readiness after demand/supply analysis.
• Manage payment terms, milestones & trade credit utilization.
• Track landed costs to maintain gross margins in Odoo.
• Monitor pipeline goods from port to RDCs and hubs.
• Enforce digital tagging and system reconciliation (Odoo & Solarista).
• Lead physical counts and investigate variances; reduce leakage.
