Our Clients in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, seeks an Inventory Control & Finance Manager to lead governance of inventory, financial reporting, and warehouse controls to boost efficiency and integrity.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain and Finance, oversees SAP Business One reporting, staff management, and stock valuation reviews, requiring a bachelor's degree and at least five years of managerial warehouse/inventory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory control.
• Experience in warehouse or 3PL companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory control programs and warehouse compliance standards.
• Analyze inventory variances and financial inventory performance.
• Lead inventory reconciliation and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Manage inventory reporting using SAP Business One.
• Review inventory valuation and warehouse inventory costs.
• Conduct inventory audits and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance leaders.
• Manage inventory control staff and warehouse inventory activities.
