Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a seasoned Finance Inventory Control Manager in Mandaluyong City to oversee inventory accuracy, controls, and warehouse management.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to strengthen internal controls and optimize stock movement across facilities. The role requires extensive FMCG experience and hands-on SAP B1 usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, SCM, or Business Admin.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in production, warehouse operations, or inventory control in FMCG.
• Experience with warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP B1 for inventory management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control strategies to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stock variances, and improve turnover across warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory movements, conduct variance analysis, and investigate discrepancies through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Partner with warehouse operations, production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies, SOPs, and internal controls to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.
• Analyze inventory trends, aging inventories, and stock losses, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of inventory records between warehouse operations and financial systems.
• Oversee warehouse inventory performance, including cycle count compliance, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and KPIs.
• Utilize SAP B1 to manage inventory transactions, reporting, and system improvements.
• Lead inventory-related projects, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage and develop the inventory control team, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, financial inventory controls, and warehouse inventory management across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in warehouse operations, 3PL, or inventory management companies, with a strong background in inventory analysis, process improvement, and financial inventory controls. This role will work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory integrity, optimize stock movement, and strengthen internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control strategies to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stock variances, and improve inventory turnover across warehouse operations.

• Partner with warehouse operations, production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using SAP Business One (SAP B1) is required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory costing, cycle counting, stock accuracy, and inventory control best practices.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
