Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Inventory Finance Manager to oversee inventory accounting, controls, and reconciliation within our FMCG operations in Mandaluyong. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory processes and strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate has strong managerial experience in warehouse/inventory control, solid knowledge of SAP Business One, and a track record of improving inventory accuracy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory control within FMCG.
• Experience in warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
• Strong inventory analysis and financial inventory control experience.
• Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accounting and warehouse inventory controls.
• Analyze inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in SAP Business One.
