A staffing solutions company based in Muntinlupa is looking for an Operations Support Lead for a project-based role from February to September 2026. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years in planning or system support within a manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductors. Responsibilities include driving defect resolutions, handling supplier systems, and ensuring operational readiness. This position requires effective communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of relevant IT tools like SAP.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of planning or system support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Able to interact with external partners.
• Customer-oriented and strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, inventory control, and management.
• Min. 5 years of planning or system support, coordination, and scheduling production in manufacturing (semiconductor preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution on OSAT-related defects for assigned suppliers.
• Handle suppliers through system development and Go-Live.
• Ensure operational readiness through closure of defects.
• Migration file preparation in Mock and Go-Live.
• Ensure post Go-Live operational readiness through on-time closure of defects with the Project team.
• Work with Octane, Jira, e2open, and SAP tools during the project phase.
• Strict adherence to the project timeline and assigned task due date.

Job title: Operations Support Lead

• Graduate of Engineering IT, Supply Chain, or any business-related course
• Effective writing and communication skills, and able to interact with external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge of logistics, business processes, and relevant IT tools (SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Customer-oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control, and management
• Min. 5 years of planning or system support, coordination, and scheduling production experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution on OSAT-related defects closure for each milestone GO release for assigned suppliers
• Expect to handle up to 3 suppliers through supplier system development, Mock, UAR, Dress Rehearsal, and Go-Live
• Manual file preparation as needed for e2open upload to support Mock and UAT
• Migration file preparation in Mock and Go-Live
• Ensure post Go-Live operational readiness through on-time closure of defects with the Project team
• Working with Octane, Jira, e2open, and SAP tools during the project phase
• Strict adherence to the project timeline and assigned task due date
