• Improve service/value to maintain on-shelf availability.
• Improve supply chain processes for efficiency and implementing new or improved supply chain process.
• Maintain optimal inventory to achieve weeks cover target and reduce slow moving stocks.

Responsibilities

• Improving Service/ Customer Value to always maintain on shelf availability
• Improving Supply Chain processes for efficiency and implementing new or improved supply chain process
• Maintaining optimal inventory to achieve weeks cover target and reduce slow moving stocks better than target
• Ensuring accuracy of forecasting demand
• Driving team performance, supervising team activities in accordance to ROS
• Assisting in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities
