The Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing supply chain data and providing actionable insights to improve demand and supply planning, inventory management, production efficiency, warehouse and distribution performance, and overall supply chain cost and service levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models.
• Adjust forecasts based on seasonality, new product launches, promotional activities, and market shifts.
• Monitor and refine demand planning models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts.
• Ensure raw material availability aligns with production needs to avoid delays.
• Identify potential risks in supply and demand fluctuations and recommend proactive solutions.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to balance supply and demand.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working with manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting models and inventory optimization techniques.
