HRTX is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Controller at AVP level to lead the full distribution cycle in Pasay City on-site. The role requires deep expertise in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management for pharma/e-commerce distribution serving B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing costs and service levels, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive supply chain leadership experience in pharma/retail/e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage distribution, transportation, warehousing and inventory.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge for pharmaceutical distribution.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with sales, procurement and finance.

Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Controllerto lead and manage the full distribution cycle. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in transportation, warehouse, and inventory management, particularly in e-commerce distribution environments serving both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on distribution management
• Manage transportation logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to both business clients and individual consumers
• Lead and implement supply chain strategies that optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with sales, procurement, and finance to align supply chain with business goals
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical distribution regulations and quality standards
• Develop performance metrics and monitor KPIs across the distribution chain

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director or similar leadership role in the pharmaceutical, retail and/or e-commerce distribution space
