Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Pasay is seeking a Logistics & Distribution Head to lead the company's logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.

You will drive end-to-end movement of goods, optimize inventory, and ensure reliable service across channels while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution leadership.
• Background in retail, pharmaceutical, 3PLs, logistics, e-commerce, or large-scale distribution operations is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex logistics networks and high-volume distribution operations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling 3PLs, warehouse operations, and transportation management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics and distribution operations across warehouses and delivery networks.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery of goods to stores, hubs, and customers.
• Oversee transportation planning, routing, fleet coordination, and last-mile delivery performance.
• Manage warehouse and distribution center operations to ensure smooth inventory flow and fulfillment.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as delivery turnaround time, inventory movement accuracy, fulfillment rate, and logistics costs.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight partners, warehouse operators, and suppliers.
• Negotiate logistics contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance standards.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, commercial, planning, and operations teams to align logistics activities with business requirements.

The Logistics & Distribution Head is responsible for leading the overall logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations of the organization.
