Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Logistics & Distribution Head (AVP) to lead the company's logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations in Pasay. You will drive end-to-end supply chain execution and ensure service reliability across stores, hubs, and customers.

You’ll oversee transportation planning, warehouse operations, inventory movement, and third‑party providers, while building scalable strategies and mentoring the team to deliver cost optimization and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution leadership roles.
• Background in retail, pharmaceutical, 3PLs, logistics, e-commerce, or large-scale distribution operations is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex logistics networks and high-volume distribution operations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling 3PLs, warehouse operations, and transportation management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve KPIs such as delivery turnaround time, inventory movement accuracy, fulfillment rate, and logistics costs.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight partners, warehouse operators, and suppliers.
• Negotiate logistics contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance standards.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, commercial, planning, and operations teams to align logistics activities with business requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics and distribution team.
• Build scalable logistics strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Drive operational discipline and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
• Provide regular operational insights and recommendations to leadership through data and performance analysis.
