Job summary

adidas is seeking undergraduate students in their 4th year or graduating stage for a role in Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain support in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will assist in preparing Orderbook Fulfillment reports and help maintain inventory availability, including stock transfers and reviewing order rejections.

You will document SOPs and participate in process mapping to drive continuous improvement in fulfillment efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4th year or graduating students enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining Orderbook Fulfillment reports to support daily operations.
• Support inventory availability activities, including stock category transfers, review of order rejections, and coordination of inventory updates to support order fulfillment.
• Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
• Contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Supply Chain efficiency.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for Supply Chain projects and ad hoc business requirements.
