Job summary

You will also assist in compliance, licensing, and import/export activities, organizing files for the Supply Chain Team and helping ensure timely stock delivery in the BSC warehouse while adhering to policies.

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor and submit invoices/billings to customers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing for order management.
• Assist in compliance and license processing annually.
• File and organize documents for Supply Chain Team.
• Ensure activities follow regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
• Secure approvals before executing SAP transactions.
• Drive local process excellence initiatives.
• Oversee Import/Export activities and timely stock delivery in BSC warehouse.
• Handle other duties and project-related activities as needed.
