Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) in Metro Manila is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze supply chain data, monitor inventory, and support logistics and data-driven process improvements.

You will record and monitor invoices, assist month-end and quarter-end closings, ensure proper filing, and help ensure regulatory and quality compliance. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate required.
• 2+ years work experience in supply chain or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and submit invoices/billings to customers.

Our client is looking for Supply Chain Analysts to join their growing team. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, or data analysis. They will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, monitoring inventory, identifying process improvements, and helping ensure efficient operations.

Job Description

• Responsible in recording, monitoring and submission of invoices / billings to Customers.
• Supports order management activities mostly on month end and quarter end closing
• Assist in compliance and license processing (per need/annually)
• Responsible in ensuring all documents are filed and organized for Supply Chain Team.
• Ensures operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies
• Ensures that appropriate approvals are secured prior actual execution of SAP transactions
• Drive local initiatives that leads to process excellence within the country
• Oversees Import/Export activities and ensures stocks are delivered timely in BSC warehouse
• Other duties and project related activities may be assigned from time to time
