Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) in Metro Manila is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze supply chain data, monitor inventory, and support logistics and data-driven process improvements.

You will record and monitor invoices, assist month-end and quarter-end closings, ensure proper filing, and help ensure regulatory and quality compliance. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate required.
• 2+ years work experience in supply chain or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and submit invoices/billings to customers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Assist compliance and license processing as needed.
• Keep documents organized for the Supply Chain Team.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and financial policies are followed.
• Process SAP transactions with proper approvals.
• Drive process improvements and assist import/export activities.
• Handle other duties and project-related tasks as assigned.
