Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Replenishment/Procurement support role in Metro Manila. You will manage intercompany flows, drive procurement activities from PR to PO, and ensure timely delivery orders while collaborating with planning, DC operations, and customer care teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in SAP or ERP, understanding of MRP and purchasing, and strong analytical skills. This position is based in Southkey Hub 2, Indo-China Drive, Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage direct intercompany flows for TE plants and DCs.
• Execute procurement to ensure timely stock replenishment (PR to PO).
• Ensure on-time customer deliveries through D.O. issuance and reviews.
• Analyze and resolve order exceptions and returns.
• Monitor KPIs like Past Due, STR, STS, and Inventory.

Job Overview

Responsible for assisting the Replenishment Planner in PR to PO and Delivery Order Creation. This position is focused on customer satisfaction and replenishment cycles and works cross-functionally with the Planning team, DC Operations team, and Customer Care team.

Job Requirements

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

• Manage direct intercompany flows for assigned TE plants and DCs.
• Manage and execute procurement and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment through PR to PO releases to intercompany plants.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and without issues by executing manual delivery orders and performing regular reviews with customer care.
• Analyse and resolve critical exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns,
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR and STS, and Inventory.
• Proactively identify opportunities to better serve our customers through cross-functional teams via inventory or improved delivery performance.
• Maintain key master data attributes to ensure performance accuracy and adequate system governance.

Qualifications:

Education

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Professional Experience

• SAP (or other ERP software) – 1-2 years
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement/Purchasing – 1-2 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 1-2 years

• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
