Are you skilled at turning complex, multi-departmental data into compelling visual stories? We're looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Data Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone across our global business units—including Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance, and Multi-Plant Operations.
In this role, you will build high-impact Power BI dashboards, analyze critical metrics (like On-Time Delivery, Forecast Accuracy, and Inventory Health), and present actionable recommendations directly to leadership and executive teams.
What You'll Do
- Cross-Functional Analytics: Mine, reconcile, and analyze large datasets across Sales, Orders, Backlog, Inventory, and Supply Chain metrics to pinpoint operational gaps.
- Dashboard & Visual Storytelling: Design and manage enterprise Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to communicate data trends clearly to executive leadership.
- SIOP & Demand Planning Support: Analyze demand forecast accuracy and supply dynamics monthly to guide strategic planning and inventory decisions.
- Data Quality & Governance: Audit and monitor data integrity across multiple plant systems, identifying root causes for data inconsistencies.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Partnering: Collaborate with functional leads (Plant Managers, Business Development, Sourcing) and act as a Subject Matter Expert in guiding and training junior analysts.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Supply Chain analytics.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience manipulating, analyzing, and auditing large datasets in Excel.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power BI (Desktop and Cloud).
- Communication & Storytelling: Strong verbal and presentation skills with the confidence to explain data insights to executive leaders.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A self-starter with sharp attention to detail who can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!):
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Math, or Computer Science.
- Working knowledge of SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) concepts.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
