Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Data Analytics professional to join our team in Manila. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to support supply chain optimisation, efficiency, and strategic decision making.

You will collect, validate, and analyse large datasets, build dashboards and KPIs, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and IT to drive improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• At least 1–3 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI roles.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL queries and data extraction from ERP or similar systems is beneficial.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new analytics tools.

WHAT IS A/AN SUPPLY CHAIN DATA ANALYTICS?

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our supply chain team, specialising in data analytics. This role will leverage data-driven insights to support supply chain optimisation, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable reporting and analysis, driving business value throughout the entire supply chain process.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 1–3 years’ experience in a data analytics, data reporting, or business intelligence role (supply chain experience preferred but not required)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools

• Experience with SQL queries and data extraction from ERP or similar systems an advantage

• Ability to analyse complex datasets and summarise findings to non-technical audiences

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
