The position supports analytics and reporting requirements across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Demand Planning, Order Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Supplier Management, and broader Supply Chain functions.

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools for Supply Chain operations. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvement recommendations. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
Business Intelligence & Insights Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Conduct root cause analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and outcomes. Monitor key Supply Chain performance metrics and proactively identify anomalies or emerging trends. Support data storytelling by presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Support business reviews through the preparation of metrics, performance analyses, and executive reporting materials.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process performance measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable reporting and analytics solutions.
Data Governance & Quality
Maintain data quality standards and assist in resolving data discrepancies. Support governance efforts related to reporting structures, data definitions, and KPI standardization. Document reporting processes, methodologies, and business rules.
Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations Advanced Excel Skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
Proficiency in Tableau Ability to maintain confidentiality based on access to proprietary financial, operational and competitive information. Familiarity with data warehouse systems, specifically Snowflake, is a huge plus.
