Job summary

FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen supplier quality management, audits and continuous improvement across electronics and related components.

This role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, engineering and manufacturing to ensure supplier conformity and robust quality records. You will lead supplier audits, assist new supplier qualification, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing or a related environment.
• Exposure to electronics/electrical components, PCBA, plastics or other manufactured components.
• Basic understanding of quality tools, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Comfortable working with suppliers and conducting or supporting supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.
• Involved in new supplier qualification and introduction of new components/products.
• Support the qualification, evaluation and ongoing performance monitoring of suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Review supplier quality documentation, processes and inspection standards.
• Support incoming quality issues and work with internal teams to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and maintain relevant quality records and reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and other internal teams on supplier-related quality matters.
• Assist in supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
