Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end commercial contract negotiations and strategic sourcing in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in related fields, builds strong internal and external relationships, and ensures compliance with policies and governance.

Night shift with three days on-site, plus competitive benefits including retirement plan and HMO from day 1.

• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial negotiations across assigned categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support procurement goals.
• Ensure contracts are negotiated in compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and commercial requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to procurement operational excellence.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, procurement projects, and continuous improvement activities.

• Up to ₱110,000 base salary
