Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Ensure safe, compliant warehouse environment and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate operational reports and suggest improvements.

Purpose of the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch of products. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with quality and regulatory standards, inventory accuracy, and the achievement of service level commitments while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity and drive the achievement of operational KPIs, including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and service level targets.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse processes that comply with Quality Management Systems, GSDP, GDPMDD, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage and handling of products, including temperature-sensitive items.
  • Investigate inventory variances, process deviations, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment through regular inspections and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate operational reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
What Will Make You Successful
Must-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or distribution.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Advantage to Have
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, logistics, or distribution industries.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Experience in cold chain storage and handling.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse best practices.
  • Familiarity with GSDP, GDPMDD, ISO standards, and quality compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing third-party service providers and warehouse contractors.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
