Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist to lead cross-functional improvement projects across the organization. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, Operations Research, BPM, and data analysis to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and optimize distribution and service networks.

The role focuses on end-to-end process performance, OTD lead times, inventory optimization, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives
• Applying a mix of methodologies such as Operations Research, Lean and Six Sigma, business process management, data and financial analysis, project and change management, and digital enablement tools
• Optimize business and operational processes to drive revenue generation, cost optimization, or cost avoidance, improving overall profitability
• Improve end-to-end process performance, productivity, and key enterprise performance metrics
• Support improvements in distribution and service networks, including Order-to-Delivery (OTD) lead times, inventory, and stocking levels
• Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement through project execution, best practice standardization, and data-driven decision-making

The Operations Excellence Specialist is responsible for identifying and implementing improvement and transformation projects across the organization, using a combination of analytical, business, and operational techniques to improve overall operational effectiveness and business performance.
