Qualifications

• Graduate in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course.
• At least 1 year of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP and Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, including invoice validation, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, collections, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and coordinate with customers/vendors to resolve balances.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Record financial transactions in SAP accurately and on time.
• Prepare reports for AP/AR, collections, and cash application activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on billing and payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with required schedules and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, and controls.
• Participate in process improvement to boost efficiency and service quality.

Purpose of the Role

The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization through the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. The role ensures compliance with company policies, maintains accurate financial records, supports financial reporting requirements, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient cash flow management.

What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment application, collections follow-up, and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor aging reports and coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in SAP.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment concerns.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing required schedules and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

What Will Make You Successful

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any accounting-related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
